Reflections on last week:

Training can be fun; who knew?! The pyramid session was hard, but I enjoyed it. Loved doing my favourite LSR on Saturday and tough cross-country on Sunday.

My training this week:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday:
stretch

Thursday:
tempo build-up (6 x 4 mins fast/2 mins slow) and stretch

Friday:
strength and stretch

Saturday:
stretch

Sunday:
10 miles with my coaching group
