Rest is best! Really pleased I had an easier week last week; I’ve got over my cold and I’m ready to get back again!
My training this week:
80/60: 80s fast; 60s rest x10 or until distance failed twice
possibly indoor circuits
Tuesday & Wednesday:
swim and stretch
strength and stretch
tail running at the SOLD OUT Barnes Fitness Santa Dash and stretch
possibly a slow run; possibly not!
