Reflections

Reflections on last week:

Last week wasn’t great, with it being Christmas. I did manage a couple of runs, a couple of strength sessions and some stretching.

Not brilliant, but ok.

This week my goal is to write my next plan with a target in mind. But what’s the target?!

My training this week:

Monday:
stretch

Tuesday (New Year’s Day):
walk
stretch

Wednesday:
diminishing rest: c. 300m 3mins initially, reduce by 10s for each rep
stretch

Thursday:
swim and stretch

Friday:
strength and stretch

Saturday:
10 miles cross-country
stretch

Sunday:
stretch
