Reflections on last week:
Lots of rest and feeling fresh! It was right to have a break and, given that I thought I was getting a cold on Monday, a complete break, with only limited strength and stretch work was exactly what I needed.

wind up; 8 x 300m fast, 100m recovery; fast 1km (swapped original session with last Thursday’s session)
