(half) Maranoia is real!

Intention: Do all the running because all of the training I’ve done so far is now entirely worthless

Actual: 4 miles running around the woods in the rain, having a lovely time on the hills

What did I learn?
1. I have trained hard for Reading Half Marathon
2. That type of training doesn’t fall out of your body instantly
3. Who cares, anyway?!
