It’s always a choice!

My half-maranoia had been getting the better of me this week.

Last night, then I had a really good sleep and now I feel like SuperGirl again.

Over breakfast, I was thinking about why I slept well last night: what was different? Well, in this week of tapering (keep the intensity, decrease the volume), my sleep has been awful; I did a two-hour session yesterday and hey presto: zzzzz…

I know that moving more helps me to sleep; I know that over-thinking anything can be solved by getting out of the house and moving more; moving more helps me to feel invigorated and capable.

So there’s my choice:
taper like a pro and feel awful vs not tapering too much and feeling great.
