Run 30 for Beginners
If you are completely new to running or have lost your running confidence, then these are the sessions for you. We will start from absolute scratch: you don’t need to have run before, but you will be a runner by the end!
During the course you will build up gradually, learning good habits along the way. You will be taught technique and strength exercises to help avoid injury and those pains everyone tell you that you’ll get (they’re NOT inevitable!). All sessions will be hosted by me, Coach Katie, a specialist, England Athletics trained Coach in Running Fitness (and a qualified PT, if you’re into that kind of thing!).
What is the course?
4-weeks of small-group training at Cotswold Rec in Tilehurst:
Choose to come on Tuesdays OR Thursdays OR both.
One additional run each week via email, so that you can develop a healthy routine and get the maximum benefit from your sessions.
What do I need?
Nothing special – comfortable clothes and trainers you can run in safely.
